The coffee here is solid, often appreciated by travelers and locals alike seeking a reliable cup to accompany their visit.
The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with a fireplace adding warmth on cooler days and plenty of space to settle in, whether you’re coming in with family, friends, or just by yourself. The staff have a relaxed friendliness that makes it easy to linger over a slice or a small plate. It’s the kind of place that feels grounded and genuine, not rushed, even during the busier times of day.
Those who frequent the spot often include families with children, road trippers pausing between larger cities, and locals looking for a no-fuss meal with some character. Outdoor seating welcomes dogs, and the availability of free parking on the street makes it convenient for a casual stop. "Brilliant food, quick and friendly service, and great prices."
5 Found this wonderful place 1 minute before closing. We'd been in the car for hours and needed a coffee. Alas the ladies had cleaned the machine for the day, so I settled on some sugary goodness, and took away the biggest slice of Lemon Meringue Pie ever! They put us on to the dress shop down the road, and said she serves great coffee. I said what about eating YOUR pie there? The lady said, Oh she won't mind and she didn't either! Best tasting authentic Lemon Meringue pie ever, country cooking at it's finest and lovely customer service...thanks heaps ladies, we wish you well! Maria from Adelaide
5 Late night pit stop on our way from Adelaide to Melbourne. Read many positive reviews so decided to order take away pizza. It did not disappoint. Very tasty pizzas, fresh ingredients & quick service. Staff so friendly & welcoming. If we're on the road again heading that way, will definitely call in.
5 A delicious pizza served by absolutely gorgeous girls! The coffee was great also! The menu is extensive with some precooked meal options like pumpkin soup and fried rice to take home with you. Another reason to spend time in Kaniva.
5 This family business is the best place to have pizza, coffee, soup and many more. We always stop there on our way to Melbourne… we love the food and everyone else there specially the pizza maker
5 If you drive between Adelaide and Melbourne. You will pass this place. It’s really good! You will be surprised by their wood oven pizza. Strongly recommend this place!
5 Stopped in for lunch on the way home today, and wow I'm glad i did. Had the best steak sandwich and chips, followed by one of the best home made Brownie's I've ever had. Can't wait to be driving past again.
5 I went there with my son. We both really liked our pizzas. They have a good variety of selection in the menu. A special thank you to friendly stuff. And I know where to stop my future trips between Melbourne-Adelaide :) Best chips I've eaten for a long time Chilli prawns pizza was nice
5 The best ever place I found to refill my tummy on way back to home (Adelaide). I would say the same thing about Little Guys that I never tried this type of best pizza even in Adelaide and Melbourne. I had lamb pizza with goat cheese and luckily they have halal meat as well. THE BEST Best spot to have fast and delicious lunch all week and dinner too on weekends, or for a Yum picnic spot on the way of Melbourne and Adelaide.
Many guests love the wood oven pizzas, especially for takeaway, as well as the large slices of desserts like Lemon Meringue Pie. Coffee and light meals like pumpkin soup are also favorites.
You can enjoy both here—it's great for a relaxed sit-down with friends or a quick coffee and slice if you're on the road.
